Anyone have, or know someone, who has a room or granny flat available to let in Perth (within easy commute to CBD) ?

Only need to stay in Perth 3 - 4 nights per week (mid week), due to a new employment opportunity (initially from now 'till Chrismas).

I live in the south west, but don't want to move full time.
