I took some INSANE footage from a camera strapped to my kite today.. (Thanks to Ian Osborne for the idea)
However the footage is upside down for half of it... So whats the best program to rotate it?

Preferably something small, i don't wanna download 10gig of Adobe After Effects

Ill post it on YouTube once i'm done Some really good shots on their way!

Well sony vegas is what I use for editing but i guess its a fairly large download. If you're gonna download anything though, get vegas, not AE. Vegas is an editing package while AE is more of a post production thing. Vegas is super easy to use too.

VirtualDub or VirtualDubMod (if you wanna get a bit more techo). Both are freeware and as good as anything else, and the download is only a few meg.

If you don't want to spend money, you can just use the software that comes with Microsoft. Check for Windows Movie Maker. It allows you to split the video at the point of the screen flip and then flip the video 180 degrees if necessary. Its not as good as some of the packages out there, but its free, and doesn't require downloading because its included in your windows license.

Naish had a cool video a while ago with a similar kite mounted camera. After filming they actively rotated the image so the horizon stayed level and you could see the wing tips rotating around the camera centreline.

Thats no help, but it look the bomb.

ctrl+alt+"arrow keys" prob wont work for you but it flips the image upside down on some comps, but to add a useful reply... windows movie maker is CRAP, make sure you dont have any other programs running at the same time as it crashes way to much to warrant having it

i thought you had someone else doing it all anyway

When you go to register it using the keygen, select the "Register from another computer" option, which will let you enter an activation code and a product code or something like that.
