Just a quick question on s-bends:

I'm just starting to attempt s-bends and was just wondering whether i should be trying to do a raley first and then rotate or should i be trying to rotate as soon as i've poped?

do the raley first, and a split second before you get horizontal bend your front knee slightly and throw your head around into the rotation. as you rotate straighten both legs to stay laid out through the spin.
the more power and speed you go into it with, the easier it will be

if u try and spin too early liek pop and straight into it, you often spin too slow and dont make the full rotation, definitely raley out first and dont just throw ur head into it throw ur shoulder too

you don't want to go for too much height, you want power more than anything, keep the kite as low as possible. that way you will get laid out horizontal quicker and easier and you will have more time to work on the rotation. if you try to go for more height, or go in with the kite high then you will find it hard to get the board above your head and end up doing a mutated front roll
