Hey Guys, with the Westerly (around there anyways) on Saturday, i decided to try kiting the little beach to the south of the Scarborough yacht club, its the beach with the little sand bank in the middle... and the rock wall 2 ya left... it was great... little gusty, but expected with the Westerly, and really really flat if i could jump... the sandbar woulda been awesome fun!

just wondering if anyone else rides there in other wind directions? it seems pretty good to me, closer than Queens, Brighton and Suttons... and flat... and theres a sandbar.

also, is this the best place to ride when its from the West? the only places i can think of, close to here, is outside briskites... or further found... near the cat club and jetty...

is anyone gonna try brighton tomorrow arvo?

thanks guys!

Yes we kite there from w round to nne.
It is an advanced skill spot due to the rocks/ rock groin
and razor clam shells. Westerly winds can be very unpredicatble
as you prob know so it would be easy to end up hurt here.
If you're kiting well and staying upwind and have your
safety release system downpat - no worries.
