-Three straps like windsurfer or two ?
-How to fit them to the board ? glass something in the board to screw into?

Learning to kitesurf is hard enough and risky enough without using makeshift crappy equipment. Save yourself some pain friend.

It Hurts So Good!

If you want to kite with a surfboard the leave it as a surfboard & dont put straps on it, just wax it up.

If you're keen on using a surfboard and want to remain connected to it even upside down then you can buy four plastic plugs for you're board. A decent surf factory or yourself can fit them. Position them at you're natural stance on the board foot straps can then be attached at approx 45 degree angle. You will have to practice you're toeside skills. There is quite a few crew that started off this way including myself, goodluck dude!
