Shorten Crossbow Lines

Any ideas on the best way to take 3 inches out of Cabrinha lines? The ends are sewn on by the looks of it.

if you only need to get rid of 3 inches why not make the adjustments with leader lines or pigtails. i wouldn't chop lines for such small adjustments.

unless the lines are dodgy in the last 3 inches. Cut and re-sleeve is the way to go.

If only I had 3 inches more...

y bother with these sorts of kites if you flew an arc line lengths dont matter
the kites are that good they figure out wat is wrong for you,
seriously guys use are missing out bigtime

Yeah, the last 3 inches are frayed from the plastic cover sewn over the ends of the lines. I have cut it off now but would like to cut out the frayed bits as well. How do you go about re-sleeving Galah?

KP (watchya say Steve?) should be able to supply you with some colour coded sheathing, if not try a yacht supply store. Thread your line through and sew the loop with a sewing machine using zigzag with shortest stitch length (or button hole setting). Use polyester thread, not cotton, or get some sailmakers thread (even better as it is UV stablised).

yeh i am flying almost everyone there is because i stack them on top of each other ****............. there goes my secret idea about jumping
yeh all arcs are good because they are incrediably puff and stuff
