The lack of swell lately has the local pointbreak looking a bit sad.

So I've been checking out the smooth flatwater spot nearby but then I snap out of it,
and come to my senses just in time and go kite the local beachy across the bridge,
and smack the small junk surf instead.

However, I might be tempted to kite the flatwater spot if I had some objects to boost over,
and smack into.

Not sliders or kickers, I'm thinking something more portable and friendly,
like those big 'cans'.
You know, those huge, heavy-duty, blow-up buoys the clubbies use as floating markers,
for the ironman races they run in the ocean.

You could boost over them from any direction or tack,
and then you could smack into them by mistake or on purpose (kiddy bouncy-castle style),
cause they're soft to crash into (I think?).

Anybody smackin' cans out there ?

Regards,
slave.
