I'm chasing some straps for a tt that are good for kiteloops ie are tight as and can adjust easily.
Lately I've been flicking my board off ( and crash landing with legs locked out)wen I've stuffed the loop and in 25knots it bloody hurts

Any suggestions......

Hi Olly,

If you are flicking your board off, new straps are not going to help you.

Even in 25 knots you should be catching yourself on the way down.

Id suggest getting some boots. Not only are boots so comfy, they help you commit as you cant flick your board off.

Thanks maybe I'll consider it. Though 99% of my riding is unstrapped kiting with some really clean unpopulated 4-8 ft waves and only grab the TT off the beach for 15-20 mins.

Wanted to spend 100-200 on a decent set of strap and get a sh itt y board to match

I can catch myself after the loop as in helicopter down no problem but my straps just feel loose and I abort 50/50 .

How's the neck holding up??

I run my straps super tight, so have to really wriggle my feet to get them in and comfortable. Mates that have used my board ask how small are my feet, but I just like a really tight fit

Technique can also reduce the foot out problem, as I used to pull my rear foot out during the pop, as I was trying too hard. With the loop, just got to turn the brain off, hang on and sometimes get ready for an interesting landing.

NAISH APEX foot pads for the win!!

These foot pads are incredibly comfortable and practically make love to your feet. Multiple adjustment points help to strap your feet in properly.

I swear by these over every other foot strap that I have used in the past
