Heading down to the Sunny Coast at Chrissy like most of Queensland do. Having never kited there before I was just chasing some "local knowledge" on the where's, how's, do's and more importantly don'ts. I will be staying at Caloundra and here thats a pretty good spot with some flat water as well as waves.

Camo, on the SE,S wind on outgoing tide caloundra passage is good, the Kawana strech on N to NE and S to SE are great. Maroochydore River mouth on E, NE and SEE winds also work well. When the winds on there are always crew kiting on the coast to link up with.
