YES - Kitestock 09 will be running an inaugural "Kitestock King of the Waves" comp. (which of course includes the girls)
Final details to be advised on site but the basic format will be one, or a series of, expression sessions in the general comp zone in front of the SLSC. Finalists selected from there to compete in elimination finals at the reef break at the back of the marina - probably on Sunday.

For those who may not know the marina rock-wall is an awesome viewing site for any number of spectators to watch the wave action - right up close. And the wave ? well you just have to see it to believe it. It can be sensational. Fingers crossed but with a 3 to 4 metre swell forecast its all looking pretty positive. Esp with cross to cross-off green arrows for all of Sun morning.
