you can kite at palm beach in a westerly.. on the flat water side.. or take a short drive up here .. if you like the surf biribi is x shore if you like the flats well we have a few spots.. also check the mid north on seabreeze we got 25-30kts tue wed..
I spent the windless summer learning to surf, I'm still crap but at least I have something to do on the no wind days. Plus all the paddling make you appreciate the free ride the wind gives. Also makes you respect the waves a heap more
i would be excited if there was some sort of disaster at school that meant no1 would had to go and it happened to be a warm sunny windy day.. that would be exciting..
