Finally got a hat that stays on - even during the big crashes and the brim stays put over your eyes even with the wind blowing straight at you. Saw Ricky Ricardo wearing one of them yesterday whilst I was over in KKK, so I thought if it works for the Rickster , it will work for me.
Steve's got them at Kitepower and YES - I am pimping - for the CANCER COUNCIL. My view is that its a great hat and it will help to keep the BIG C away.

No real downfalls so far, it's a baseball cap, I pulled off the knobbly bit they put on the top, and it's pretty comfortable. Even with sunnies on too. Survived a few wipeouts. Keeps the sun off my sunburnt nose.

A friend just got quite a good neoprene brim hat, made by by FCS - its got a chin strap, stiffish short brim that doesnt go soft in the water and floats in case of 'yard sales'.

I think it was about 30 bucks.... steal, deal, sale of the bloody century.
