planning a trip to thailand maybe hua hin in late dec to jan
quick research shows wind nov to feb, no surf though
does anybody have any experience with the area?
planning to go alone and hook up with kiters in the area (there is a kite school there)
check out local culture when there is no wind

Yo i am going to be in phuket for new years and a bit of january, and i hear there will be a bit of wind around that time. If there isnt i may lose myself in the seedy pad pong districts and pick me up a girl boy by mistake!!
