Having a great time until I dropped my kite, wasn't too hard getting it back up (though I lost my board in the process) but then as it was coming up it somehow unhooked itself and flew off in the distance!

Ive got one of those swivels which attach to the chicken loop to stop the leash from getting tangled, wont be using that again as when the chicken comes off so does the entire kite.

Anyway some legend grabbed my board, a nice lady towed me (or tried on a light wind day with a 9m? kite) and then a waveski guy gave me a lift back to shore.

Ran down the beach and swam back out to the kite for a long pain in the a.. self rescue.

All in all one of those days......Thanks again you absolute legends for your help!

Now I just need a new board!
