Now this isn't everyones "cup o tea", but for the guys who head out to learn or do the tricks that are in all the vids, I have a question for you all...
Lately I have noticed that the first 30 -45 minutes of a sesh is (if the wind is ok ) is by far the most productive.. in that you land everything you know, and maybe land the new stuff your trying... after that, the time slips away and you spend an inordanate ammount of time trying to do one particular move with and without success...
Does anyone else find the same thing?? Soooooooo frustrating that I'm thinking of banning myself trying new stuff after the first hour and play kite tag instead!
Yeah for sure the first hour is the most productive. As my energy drops so does my ability,to a point. Some might say that I must never have any energy then
try coming in for a drink every hour its like starting fresh.i did notice that too so this is how i overcome it. works for me. i think its more leg fatigue than anything. and always finish your sesion with a sucessful trick.then your amped to hit it again.

Have tried the drink every hour but that VB seems to make my ability worse. Maybe need to have a yagar bomb instead.
Definitely true, I get to this point where my body just becomes 'apathetic'.
I found the other day that I was able to land heaps of back rolls to start with, but then after about an hour I was just crashing every single attempt I made.
fail 50 times at a hard thing... get dragged across stuff and have your arm caught in your leash etc... all the associated crashing stuff and then have a really good feeling about landing it after all that.
