To whom it may Concern,
I have bided my time on writing anything about the KBMag issue and wanted to let the dust settle before I brought my view into play. Please keep in mind I'm not a huge forum user and if you have something nasty to say please call me to discuss this, don't sit behind your computer and type and hang **** on people that are trying to help our industry, however if you're going to call to bait me for my opinion and then use this against me as text in further discussion, please again, don't bother. If your calling me, I do hold a full time job that pays my bills so please direct your calls outside work hours.

I understand a lot of people lost money on subscriptions for the issues of KBMag that were never run and I am truly sorry for this. I cannot speak out of turn on any business issue regarding KBMag though so please don't direct these queries to me directly; you will need to contact the owner of the magazine whom I worked for! I too lost money, time and as the “face” of the magazine took everything on the chin from many people via phone, email and forums.

What I can inform you is that I was appointed as the editor of KBMag and only controlled what went into the magazine, again if you didn't like what went into that mag go and have a crack at opening your own magazine and if you need some advice please call I'll be more than happy to help you out.

I have written this letter in the hope that you will understand my position both past and present with KBMag and that as things stand my hands are tied and you really need to take up any further issues with the owner of the magazine not me!

On a more positive or negative note, I am currently working hard to secure a new kite specific magazine and in industry brand, which needs the support and to be backed solely by an industry that is small, with a struggling economy worldwide and with people securing their belt buckles on budgets and spending left right and center I'm doing the best I can. So whilst I am trying to provide this service to the industry and keep the momentum of the kite industry moving forward I too am finding this an uphill battle at the moment. Please remember without the support of the Kite brands investing in the future of the industry, where will the industry end up?
Never the less, I have faith in the industry and am here to support it no matter what. I will continue to work on this new, exciting magazine and brand, although like any business venture; I don't not enter a business deal that I'm going to lose money on. So please look forward to a new direction with me and help and support me build a brand and put back the style we need in our sport.

Thanks BEAVER

Hope you get back on your feet soon Beaver.

People- You can't "blame" the editor.

Personally, coming from an accounting background, I think the management accountant has something to answer for.
