will the wind be any good for a beginner down at st kilda? anyone going down

It might come in, but you will be underpowered most likley. You could stnad there and fly the kite in the shallow water though. And no, not going to StKilda

speant the day at st kilda today, was good for some practise with water relaunching as i had to do it abuot 10 times! but i managed to get on the board a couple of times, only for a few meters though before sinking! pitty there wasnt more wind. anyone else on here down there today?

I was

I weigh 45kg and have a 10 switchy so was powered at times but only for about 10 mins unhooking. it was nothing special but i learned a new trick so am happy.

Damn you and your skinny 45kg! The rest of us saps all get to sit on the beach and pray for another 5 knots whilst your out there carving it up on what for me is a high wind kite!
