Does anyone know where I can pick these up around Perth? Has anyone used them and what are your thoughts?

I've used em on an old Fuel and they worked a treat. Easy and quick. Still attached after a long time.

Don't know about who stocks in Perth.

The trick to applying these valves is to peel only a bit of the backing off, get the first bit stuck down right, and then roll the rest of the backing off slowly as you apply the rest. You need 4 hands for this - two to hold the bladder tight over a thigh or something, and 2 to apply the valve.
