Does any one do these?..............Monday just gone I reckon there was a guy on a foil doing an up-winder from Scabs to Swanbourne. Must be a good work out?

Sounds like Ian Young.
Scarbs to Swanbourne is a long way for those of us not as fit as Ian (which I think is most of us).
I've done the Scarbs to Floreat then back to Scabs run which is quite good.
Certainly downwinders are easier.

did a downwinder from Scarbs to City Beach in a NW... halfway there it switched WSW, and did a downwinder back to Scarbs... does this count as an upwinder too?
