What camera are you using? A pentax W30?

Fantastic riding, I use to windsurf Lyall Bay a long time ago, it is a nice spot.

The camera was a Pentax Optio W30. The rig I used to attach the camera to the kite I bought from camrig.com. I shot the entire film with this camera, including the time laspe stuff. The raw footage wasn't too bad but I had to grade it a fair bit to get the final look of the film.

Luckily nope otherwise we could be doing that sprite commercial for real!

There are restrictions though. You can only launch on the western side of the beach & sail to just over half way down the beach towards the airport. You also have to call the airport control tower before launching to get permission so they can keep that airspace clear. Pretty crazy stuff, but if we break the rules they could ban us from the only wave kitesurfing spot in Wellington.
