Thinking of heading to Perth over easter. But have heard your season ends early there. What are the chances of kiting in april? Is it cold then? need steamers?

Shark Bay in April is sweeet. Perth, not so sweet. come over and head North until you hit wind.

my statistics for april from went from 3/30 2004 down to 1/30 2005 when I sold the 16. all clear? we already start to mourn the end of season.

a very good point........... Lurch,baby....... update us on the best time over autumn / winter to head up for a few days

that is, besides the down winder on GF w/e

Go the Gas............
Last year the season finished up in May for the sw. Over Winter I kite the se in the morning at Monkey Mia, it kicks in early and drops off mid morning but is not always reliable like the sw.
Still better than anything further south.
I'll be up in Exmouth but back in the Bay for the down winder.
