Got the Smoke and Boss rabbit kites really happy with them.
They are not really mainstream kites so when I had a few niggles with the Smoke being in Western Australia I thought I was on my own.
Emailed Wainman and got the usual questions send photos etc. Thought I was going to get blown off as they were not easily photographed issues. Namely defective LE fabric and unusual wear on the bridle lines.
Couple of emails later they replaced the kite totally - bar, pump and lines. Posted directly to my door.
I could not have asked for a better outcome.
Obviously a company with great faith in their product.
