Just starting to get into kitesurfing and wandering if anyone can recommend any kitesurfing instructors / schools or shops that offer lessons up the central coast near The Entrance
Yeh just ring Scotty from ESS Kiteboarding 0405310716,he has done the lessons on the coast for three years now,and is responsible for teachinng 90% off the guys you see riding on the coast,or Mark Pederson (Hedgie also does lesssons)do not know his no.but just ask around the beach,feel free to ask anyone you see Kiting on the central coast any questions you have as the guys are all frendly and happy to help a new kiter with safty or were to ride
The new shop on the Central Coast, Kite Force are doing kite surfing and Hedgie( Mark Petersen) is doing lessons for them the shop no 43334211. Or alturnatively there is Board Crazy at Belmont who have a few IKO instructors as well 49477131.
Both the above guys just completed the IKO course held at Kitepower last week, both passed with flying colours. Drop them a line, remove the - after the @ Both work around the Central Coast area.
I'm on the central coast an been learning for about 2 months now good luck with lessons, ESS are pretty good. If you see me flyin a black torch come over and say hello. Ben
hey im from the central coast but overseas at the moment. will be coming home in late jan 06. wheres the new kite shop at?? and do they have test kites for any of the 06 range??

I actually live in Sydney, but have my outlaws i mean inlaws are living on the central coast, so i'm not sure what stores barr ESS at Erina. Check them out on www.essboardstore.com.au
