Can normally get them shut down. The indo ones get shut down with one email to the web hosters, usually within 12 hours they're gone. Possibly need some proof, I mean I think $1700US for a flysurfer 19m is about 3/5 actual (controlled) price, but I'm not sure.

Kites are a globally price-controlled product. I've been lots of places (asia, africa) where you'd expect cheap prices but they're within 10% of aussie.

So I guess the golden rule is if it's cheap and overseas, you're more than likely talking to a scammer.
