Westerlies on sunnie coast

i'm sure this has been asked many time durings the winter months, but what spots work well with the westerly winds between Noosa to Caloundra area. Are river mouths any good? Too gusty?
I'm getting winter cabin fever!!

If you keen on this weekend, why not take an extra drive up to Rainbow beach - Inskip Point... The wind there's about as clean as your going to get anywhere in SE QLD...

And there will be other people plus a rescue boat there as we've got a demo going on this Sunday!

Surf has been so good this week on Sunny Coast - that's the best thing to do.

Nice one...will definately make the trip up! Looks like they are predicting the wind to hang around a bit longer now.

Yeah, a little concerned about the noah's though.....
