What Size Board?

Just started kiting and am wondering what the ideal board size would be for someone 5'11" and weighing about 77 kilos?

probly a mini mall it wilie you the best range of wave size and they are all so heaps good to ride

u may try an (orange bolt) board they have a 120 - 128 ...39 - 40 with 5-7 mm concav.
they are realy good i have an 120 out preforms my 152 !!!try one ?

well concidering he IS just started and all you should get a bigger board as it is easier to ride, do not get anything smaller that a 130 when your stil fresh to the sport as it just gets harder to get up and going. ur about my size and ill say get maybe a 132-135=*36-40 would b the good size to get. this gives u a good low end and it is still managable in really strong winds! from there you could also get a 121 or 125 for a second board when you progress

Yeah that’s pretty much the best info from my experience; don’t go lower than 130 and width around 40 cm.

For comparison I weigh 73 kilos and ride mostly a 132 cm * 40 cm wide, and high wind days a 122cm* 38cm.

Hit yoour local shop up to demo a couple of boards. most guys are pretty much right on what the've said.

good luck getting a demo if your a beginner. no shop wants there board lost or broken.
