Friday 1.30pm

Well I've just been down to St Kilda and nothing happening.
The posters describe a 12pm start(or is that only on the weekend), but nothing doing.
I know it's a 30knot northerly, but at least the tents or something should be there.
Could at least be drinking beer, checking out who's got the most ripped boardies on over their wetsuit or something.
Have they decided to move and not tell anyone?
Did someone see the locals kiting in budgie smugglers and all freak out?

From KBV.org.au

After much analysis of the wind forecasts we have decided to stay at St Kilda. The National Titles are set to go at ST KILDA starting Thursday afternoon at 3pm running each afternoon through to Sunday 22nd Jan. Thursday Local afternoon seabreezes to 15 knots.... Friday Northerly wind freshening to 20 to 25 knots during the morning, then easing to around 10 to 15 knots during the afternoon before shifting west to southwesterly later.... Saturday Variable wind to 10 knots tending northerly wind at 10 to 15 knots during the day. Afternoon seabreezes to 15 knots.... Sunday North to northwesterly wind increasing to 20 to 30 knots during the morning, then easing to 15 to 20 knots. Should be some great riding!

IT'D BE NICE IF THEY'D PUT SOME NOTICE UP SOMEWHERE TO LET US ALL KNOW WTF IS GOING ON.

Nothing on KBV
Nothing at St KIlda
Nothing on AKSA

Pt henry it seems.

but the graphs were showing a fair gust spread and a southerly switch.

Pt henry for Sunday still looks like the best bet for giving the Tribal another whirl. I wonder how they will pick their comp area when they rock up? The last Comp I watched, the comp area was picked by Murphy. If some thing goes wrong then make sure it causes the most amount of carnage in the least possible time.

Still someone getting dragged over the Pt Henry shell grit should score a few bucks on funniest home video.

best winds

Well it seems that they did head down to Geelong and got thru quite a bit by the sounds of it.
I just hope I can keep track of where it's at tomorrow as I was sure pist about going down to St K today to see SFA. No notice of what was going on or anything.Like I said earlier the posters still prclaiming they would be there at midday.
Sure you don't need to be a rocket scientist to figure it out (where they should be as I sure wouldn't kite St K in a northrly) but c'mon guys ....have you heard about spectators.... you need to look somewhere else besides up your own a.se!!
4 All I knew they may well be in Brighton which is also good in Nthly.
