What do you do when the wind's not blowing?

My wife has now learnt that if the wind is below 10 knots I'm can't use the excuse that I've got to go kitesurfing and the lawn/house/in-laws chore will have to wait. So i need a lightwind pursuit that gives the same stoke. May be landyachting or paragliding or something.

And yes I've tried to get the wife to blow when the wind doesn't. She's even less reliable...

I took up scuba diving just a couple of months ago, the perfect alternate hobby to kiting as the conditions are best with no wind. Unfortunately, there have been so few days without wind in Perth I haven't had the chance to go for a dive since November.

(though I have been at work a lot and done some travelling)

Instead of kitesurfing mmm

extreme sport, no wind, preferably a winter one, one that will take you away for hours maybe days... especially long weekends.
same injury risk or maybe more so your sick leave will be ok.

but faster much faster and youll still be wet n sandy oops muddy[}:)]

Motocross

Coastal motorcross club looks out over Woodies, ride bikes in the morning and kites in the afternoon.
But then that in Perth.
