Hi Guys,

I'll be in the west coast USA at the end of June and I'm looking for a good spot nearby to go kiting for a couple of months.

Looking for somewhere:

- pretty cheap (1000 USD a month living expenses)
- reliable wind at that time of the year
- walk from hotel to kite area
- nice clean water (preferably clear as well)
- I prefer waves but not essential
- reasonably safe
- good vibe
- reasonable internet

Cabarete in Dominican Republic is one place I'm thining of but does anyone have any other ideas?
