Which kite do you recommend from an 09 Waroo or RPM?

Hi, i've got 2 good new-kite offers both around the same price;
1) a '09 Best Waroo 15m or
2) a '09 Slingshot RPM 14m

I class myself as an advanced beginner (kiting for about 6 months, upwind, basic turns)
I'm tall 6"5' and 118kgs so i want a 14m or 15m. Im looking for my second kite (I already have a 12m 09 Cab SB IDS which is great for me in 15kts+) for lighter wind, around 10-15kts, and i want light bar pressure and quick turning even if the kite is larger.
Ive heard the Bests aren't build that well, but would be interested in opnions from people who have tried both?
