Will sydney have its own stinky lake?

Had a look online for Penrith lakes.... because it looked do-able on google earth.

And i found:
In total, 7 lakes will be built, 4 recreational & 3 for wildlife and passive recreation. Sports such as wind surfing, sailing, sailboarding, canoeing and swimming will be conducted.

Sweet, we can have winterly gust fest with a choice of a stinky lake up the coast or a stinky lake inland!

one hour or so south is the stinkiest of them all, surrounded by bogans that stink worse than the water, its lake illawarra.... where shopping trollies go to die

The water quality is improving dramatically since the opening and we have all started wearing deodarant.
