7mb vid (sorry for all those suckers on dialup) demonstrating the new Safety System conjured up by Wipika to compete with Recon.... and whats more it looks a hell of a lot simpler to setup and use.

Would be pretty easy to fit to any tube kite especially if your lucky enough to have a pump leash (X3's etc).

Apparently Rhino 4's actually have the attachments for the system on them.

does anyone know where I can buy spectra line ~4mm stuff (the type of stuff used for leader lines on some bars/setups) ?

Try Kitepower in Sydney or Geelong.
Also leading edge kites in Coffs Harbour NSW They sell lines and all things relating to kites

Any yacht or boat shop should have it, I know for a fact Alec's Marine at 33 Oxford Close Leederville has heaps of it, plus cleats, s/steel bits and heaps more. I know this cos I used to work there ages ago.

Ive just bought some very thin spectra(?3-4 mm) from the boat shop at Hillaries Boat harbour_behind dive shop.

I BORT SOME STUFF FROM THE SHOP JUST NEAR CANNING BRIDGE. IT HAS A WAX COATING AND IS SPLICABLE. IT IS GOOD COS U DONT HAV TO TIE IT OFF AND LOOKS REALLY NEAT.
LEARNING TO SPLICE HOWEVER IS NOT MUCH FUN.....

yeah also the new globeriders have the attachments for this system on them

anyone used it? as i was thinking of putting it on my new kite but not sure if it is worth it.
