My hat goes off to the guy at Woodies yesterday teaching a new guy to body drag! You must be the best teacher.

Good to see you take the safety of the student with the up most importance, and don't teach in conditions that are dangerous. The conditions where perfect a nice gentle 25 - 35 knots.

Cheers Gerard.

Hey Dave,

That would be really funny if it weren't so disturbing

Good winds, (not gusty 35 knots)

hey Amp, just a tip before you get done for slander! The unlimited free lessons that i think you may be referring to are done in wind between 10 and 18 knots... And only on a south Westa!

remember keep forum friendly... Bosch It!

I think we all know who he means and we all know Amp is wrong.

hmmmm......Is he aligned with a competitor? Shame to see such biased remarks.

well as far as im concerned there should be no teaching at woodies.

if as an instructor you cant see why i think you should redo the iko course.

on flat side or beach one?
beach one responce: you were all learners at one point and beach one is like trekking all the way to rotto for a dive and snorkelling around the ferry jetty... your expected to progress from that beach and leave it to the beginners
flateside: dont think anyone actually teaches there right?

I had a chat to that guy and the student was 115kg using a 6m. Perfect for 25 to 30 knots.

Thats why he's a good teacher, right setup for the right conditions.
