Anyone is entitled to leave their own property locked in their own car , the point of the story is the mongrels that stole it ,it seems now your treated like a fool if you become a victim of crime . As though you somehow did something wrong and need to be told off .
I often have a phone and spare kites in my car , often I need a kite I wasn't expecting to need but brought with for this very reason , this is my right as the owner of the property .
And it has crossed my mind that I could lose them , but you can't live like that or you would be scared your car gets stolen while your out there , oh you left your keys in a lock box ??? Have you learnt anything from this , everyone who kites leaves some window of opportunity for scum to do this .
My phone is part of my wallet and i am often "working" when kiting so cant leave it at home. Always leave somewhere where you would have to search bloody hard to find it. Never take spare kites to Woodies.
Sorry about your **** day Evans, i went there myself about 4, too freaking busy so didn't go out(have been kiting on my own previous 8 days in Yanchep), how do those low life's get away with it when its that busy, surely someone would see.
