You know it was windy when...

you wake up the next day and sit up in bed, only to realise that you can't actually sit up in bed because your muscles no longer function as they had before.

you know it's damned windy when you look in the garage and see an old 2mtr trainer kite and think hey that will do it and you weigh in over 100kgs[}:)]

yeah and forgot the fact that you hooked up 60mtr lines which i actually tried and works awesome in high wind - great for skimboadin.

When you weigh over 90Kgs, but you're blowing up a 7m SB (you bought for this very reason) ready to jump on your 128 as everyone else is packing up because they can't hold an edge.

When you go out into the sea and come back to find that your kite pump and bag have been buried by sand and difficult to find... happened a few times now
