when you go down to the beach and its like 20 knots so you set up your kite as fast as you can to find the wind as come to a complete stop [}:)]

When you drive for half an hour on country roads out to the rural kiting (hume weir) the conditions are fairly good for a land breeze then you kite around for 10 mins yahooing coz ur stoked that u can actually kite in northwesten victoria and ur future is not doomed...... and then CRACK your foot strap snaps and its a half an hour drive back to town to get the surfboard. F#CK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.Then you realise wont get wind now for a month,thats when i curse SH1T MOFO F#CK. i miss the minute walk to the beach.

When the wind just starts picking up at the dam you've gone to for the weekend and everyone is just starting to get some good rides. You have to leave early for the airport, check in on a flight that goes on to the USA hence a 4 hour checkin, and get off said plane at its fuel stop in Accra for a three week stint in Ghana.
When the variable and unreliable inland kiting conditions around Johannesburg put on a rare spectacular weekend with pretty decent 30 knot winds and you're still in Ghana.
When it's the first time you'll be able to make the monthly kiteboarders party as you'll be home from Ghana at its regularly scheduled time, and they change it to a weekend when you're guess where?

Ok next session shoulder gets kn screwed im starting to get tired of this.
and your friends are happy to see you go home early cause they know the wind will get better as soon as you leave. 
hence the name 'wind killer'
