hay there DRW your knees aching!
Ok here is the thing, it is very age dependant.
First thing you notice is that little sleep between morning and afternoon surfs especially if you charge hard. This little gem arrives about early to mid 20's. Next is Back or---you guessed it Knee problems.

See a sports doctorand make sure it is a "sports" one who is expert in knees (not physio; the doctor will send you to a good phsio, maybe one who has dealt with your problem alot - a good knee man -). You really need an expect to tell how you can best help yourself; the knee is really complicated.
Chances are the Glucosamine will do fine and all you need is a decent before and after stretch and a
ice after the work out. However if it is a muscle balance problem or your knee caps are a little loose you will be glad you got the problem early
