Hit it on the Flat water at Mud Bishops Old Bar yesterday afternoon with dead flat conditions and E/NE wind 29 knots (read on the my meter) and up to 40 knots in the gusts. Just myself and Scott both on North Rebels doing huge speed runs right along the east edge of the lagoon on my Aboards X series 134, Love that board. Spotted one nosey local lurking in the bushes but he failed to come out and join the fun so just us riding from the the south end right up to Farquar park camping reserve in the north crossing the entrance with the incoming tide a bit scetchy at times.
Today its pissin down and 45 knots + in the gusts and supposed to get up to 65 knots at times, the surface is just massive smashing the coast line. Not too nice.
