Just reading the other thread on Fiji at the moment and contemplating a trip myself. Does anyone have suggestions about the best value place to stay for access to a good kite spot and also surf break? Is it best to book accommodation before going or can you just rock up? What are the trade winds like in September and is the wind also favorable for surfing. Any tips would be appreciated.
