I'm in a bit of the same boat. 06 Xbow & just broke the bridal today (5mins into what was going to be a fantastic session.

Where did you get the rope? I can't get my hands on it anywhere. I'm toying with the idea of using a couple of spare sections I have & joining them together (they're stitched loops at each end. I'm a bit worried though as this will put a knot in the bridle. I still reckon the pulley should have plenty of run, but I've never taken much notice of how much it actually moves.

If you really can't find a diagram. I still have the Bridal set up on 1 side of my kite, so can give you dimensions etc if necessary.
