That's great, please explain. Ive been on the cabs for a few years now and love them. Are you in the waves mate? What is your experience with the drifter?

bought a 7 cos i got sick of not having as much fun on the strongerdays.I ride strapless so over 20 or gusty on my nine became hold on time. Had the drifter out on sat in 25 with 30plus gusts in 4-6ft and it was a dream. Not ropey like i thought a smaller kite would be, heaps stable and didnt dance around the window even at 12. so stoked with it.
Never felt like it was gonna drop and still turned quite well with the lines slacked out. Im so pumped on green arrows right now and tomorrows looking the goods...
Out there...

Nice, I am considering swapping my Nomads for Drifters, have you tried both?

I've got a cab convert 9m 2011 as my very first kite. Very happy with it but I must say I don't have a while lot to compare it with. A I structor flew it the other day and he was very very surprised with the amount of power its got. Said it was an absolute tank for a 9m. Anyone ever flown one?

I am using a 11mtr convert first kite I bought. I have been very happy with and super stable to learn with. I am starting to outgrow it though but I dont think I will sell it.

somebody doesnt like the cab convert judging from all the red thumbs on my last comment? haha ah well to be honest I enjoy using it, so I'm happy.

I know it's a bit of a learner kite that is not specific for any special style of riding but hey, I'm a learner so a learner kite seems to make sense! I'll buy a more specific style kite later when I actually know how to ride properly and when I know what kind of style I want to ride.

See my review on Gear Reviews. Had them for 4 months now.

Just came back from a trip to a secret spot up north with 3.5 metre swells.

Riding strapless.

It is the first "wave dedicated kite" I have ever riden., it is by far the best kite in the waves I have ever tried.

So happy with em, the 7 is the bomb of the range. Sick sick sick.
