Any of the newer phone should all be fine. Older phones had a cut down web system called WAP, where as the newer phones have great web browsers that can browse normal websites no worries.
If you've got an older phone which doesn't cut the mustard, you might like to see if you can download the excellent Opera Mini browser from
http://www.opera.com/products/mobile/

If you got some cash get a Blackberry with the new browsers you can actually see the graphs rather than just the text format and it loads in about 50 seconds. The new one also come with GPS built in and great for navigation. WAP still works good if you cannot afford a new phone.
Hey Laurie i do find the Opera Browser a bit slow.

Shameless plug here:
The LG TU500 on the Next G network will give you broadband speeds to you mobile where ever CDMA was (sure some spots aren't covered yet, it's still being tweaked) you can get that mobile for $299 pre-paid (if your post-paid, just stick your SIM in it if your with the big T) as Laurie said, pretty much any mobile made this year or last year should enable you to see some graphs and stuff. I use this site and the earthsci site for Port Philip Bay wind readings and it works a treat.
