hey im a new intructor to iko ive got a couple of people that i want to create a feedback form for but it says i cant because i dont have credits but i cant seem to find where to buy them? any one have any ideas?

If you purchased kiteboarder cards, then you would have also received the paper feedback forms at the same time. If you contact IKO, they will credit you with online credits for all your old paper feedback forms. You just need to cut the corner off the forms and send them to IKO as proof of purchase and they will credit them to your account.

Too easy! You must have changed email accounts not to receive the email describing the change and how to renew your credit from old. Either way, problem solved
