Hi are there any good spots for kiteing in the forster/tuncurry area for A newbie?
I'm going there for a week after easter. If I cant sort out my kiteing after a week I may just swap my gear and get back to windsurfing,I have had a few lessons I was told I just need the practice but at the moment I feel very challenged.

Call Glenn at x shore .He is a local kitesurf guy and will have local knowledge particularly for what is happening on the day.

Something that might be helpful too regarding your flying .It sounds like you are very nooo and haven't done much practice outside of your lessons .Soo while you are there make sure that you get your kite out and fly the **** out of it in winds less than 15 kts . If you are on a nice big wide sandy beach without downwind obstacles and have a kite with a decent amount of depower you will be likely to be fine .Becoming a light wind expert will hold you in good stead once you add other distractions like the board .(don't rush to adding the board .this is not wind surfing it is KITE surfing and 90 % of what you need to be good at is the KITE so get expert at it )
