I saw a short for Richard Hammonds kids science show where they are flying a kitesurf kite through the sun roof of a car driving down the road . Perhaps we could lobby Ruddy for a tax write off or deduction for kites as they can also be used for powering cars rather than petrol .Maybe some carbon credits from his so called "great big new tax"
