Do a search on the net and you can get his mobile number and talk direct with him, or if you have a copy of KBM he advertisers in there. He will courier the kite back to you once repaired. I have a kite with him at the moment and whilst I haven't yet seen his work I am told that he is very good.
I should mention that pricing doesn't include if he has to remove bladders etc. which costs a little more. Just realised I sound like a commercial. If I keep this up I might have to start asking for some sort of commission.
