I think that's quite enough for one weekend, don't you?.
Kickers and sliders are cool and fun, but as you will see on Auto focus, things do, and can go wrong.
I hope this has cleared things a bit for you kicker and slider lovers.
I'm a wave guy so I know little about kickers and sliders,
but Blind Freddy can see that Port Gregory (with the smooth water and onshore breeze),
is a natural race-track for kicker freaks.
And what I predict will happen at Kitestock is that crew will install a kicker,
outside of the gazetted contest zone,
then the attention will shift to the rad kicker scene,
and the contest organisers will lose their audience and become miffed.
Hirschausen's prediction that Kitestock will feature kickers and sliders in years to come,
(probably the following year) is a no-brainer.
If the contest organisers wish to entertain the crowd,
(and compete with the rebel kicker freaks down the beach),
then they need to arrange proper insurance to cover all risks,
as other contest organisers have done all around the world.
