Depends.
How many lawns have you mowed? Check the buy and sell section and do the math dude. Shouldn't cost you more than $1500 for a good set up to learn on that will take a beating and keep you safe.

get a lesson from your nearest shop and talk to heaps of people at your local kite location they will give you the best idea of how to get started..........
