Just curious to see how many people kite because they enjoy it .
Frankly i don't give a f7$# if you don't like the way i do a trick and i don't give a $hit if you think my kite is to high to low or a little to one side when i do the trick .Are there others that feel this way. How come this forum lately has been full of ****ers comparing penis size .Where are all the helpfull and friendly people that do this sport for the shear joy of it .

And also i want to know how many people can fly /use there kite to its full potential until you are that good and can do all the trick a pro can do on that kite ,until you have reached that piont why do you give a **** if a new kite is or is not as good as the company says it is .And how can a person that has not used a product have a creditable opinion on it that is just ridicules .(IMO)

Remember when you get lofted into the car park or dragged down the beach you wont give a $hit that your new state of the art kite turns 0.0001 of a second faster you will be thinking where is the Quick Release.SAFETY IS THE MOST IMPORTANT DESIGN FEATURE IN KITING (IMO)

Poeple should realise that we are privilaged to have this forum.

jags i am one of those of which you speak.

I kite for the sheer love of kiting,

I cant do loopie de loops to blind forward thigiemebobs with one leg out and a finger up my ar*e but i can boost.......and by f**k do i boost, cant land em but f**k me i still boost. I get so high sometimes i just start laughing, then i come down like a sack of s**t kite flys off one way, i go the other loose my board make huge splash get dragged

I have ended up in seaweed up to my neck, tangled my lines, been dragged, slammed, bashed etc etc...... if it can go wrong, believe me its happend to me........and still i go back for more

I am the advert that stops people from kiting
I make it look as difficult as it is

I soon plan to wave ride, and this weekend i will take me trusty toy out into the swell and attempt to put my surfing skills to the test, but with the kite.

Dont care if i fall off, dont care if i look like a kook dont give a flying f**k. But what i will be doing is having fun, laughing messing with my new mates and of course ****in boostin!!

I love kiting
and i am f**king happy
oh and i am a safe kiter!!!

I dont care if best have released a zing zang wonger or north have a 1 line kite. I dont wear kite clothes, and my wetsuit has two holes in it. they go from my waist to my armpit on each side

So if you wanna make a donation PM me please cause i have no spare cash for a new zoopie woopie with spankie wa**ies on it

Why don't you post your address PR? Just imagine people will send you all the kites and contraptions they don't use anymore.....a new name for you....Jumk Kiting King.....or J double K for short.

Will you pay the postage, or pick the junk gear up yourself?

You've got a lifestyle mate, fly junk all day and be happy

Great to hear from people that feel the same way about the sport as me.
Poor Relative ; you should realy think more highly of your ability .You say that you can't do "loope de loops or blind forward thingemebobs with one leg out and finger up your as$ ". But from your discriptions i believe you have at least four of the FUNdMENTAL trick down . They are the GEES IT LOOKS NICE FROM UP HERE the OH **** THIS IS GOING TO HURT the I DIDN'T LIKE THAT BOARD ANYWAY and my person favorite the ENEMA . Also from the sound of it you are starting to do combos like A OH **** THIS IS GOING TO HURT With a I DIDN'T LIKE THAT BOARD ANYWAY thrown in .
The important thing that i believe we need to know is does it count if you didn't mean to do it and how many times do you have to do a trick to say that you can do it .
I did my first OH $HIT THIS IS GOING TO HURT one footed board off the other day and was stocked ,but later relised that the only reason that my foot came out of the straps was because it broke . So doe's that count ?
Will have to come down to Melville to compare tecniquue.

well said Jags!

some people have a need to be cool, continually after the latest color scheme or gadget, some people get caught up in all the marketing hype, and some people dont give a #### and have just as much fun

personally I could care less what other think of my gear choice or ability... so long as I am having fun I'll be kiting with that grin on my face only a kiter knows...

I really stuffed up last season thought my kites were essentially crap. After about 3 months of flying thesae "pigs" a friend pointed out that my back lines were far too short and my front lines shoud be fixed not free to move through the loop at the top of the trim strap!!
Had some " special moments" with that set up!!

Gotta have fun i mean why bother.
Same goes here have a laugh.

If i was sponsered and got free kites, and a free trip to fiji, would you here me complain....would you f**k, i'd be stoked regardless if it was crap or not. (please no offence intended)

C'mon how about someone sponsers me i'm enthusiastic crap but enthusiastic

Go girls.

this is entertaining but maybe to close to home, I thought i was ok at this game but realised I haven't reached your level yet.

Although what combination of explenitives would you use for being plucked out of water fly 20ft above ground to be deposited on side of head in dirt then look up to see kite diving into a deathloop, then thinking how to unhook while being dragged through gravell on guts.

thank you god for trees.

also am I really lame seeing as I totally enjoy trying to pull the perfect healside carve hour after hour.

best winds
Tony L

ps poor rel, I'd sleep in a hammock in the rain and eat curry on a tropical island and not give a rats arse. If it were costing me $15 a day. Mind you my overriding need for peace and quiet whould probably result in some headbanging (into coconuts). old age makes you cranky I'm told. Also too stiff to reach your board even if you wanted to dangle.

addiction-- man if you are serious, that is one of the nicest gestures (yes i cant spell) i have seen in the sport to this date. if you are joking, well meh not my loss

i go kiting, i can get up on the board for lik 20-30m then stack, i do that hour after hour.......my gear is good, the weather is fine, its just me, i am crap, but i am smiling after every stack, loft, uncontrolable bodydrag and board to the groin <-- well maybe not smiling after that one. i'll get it next session i rekon, just need a lil more practice!

i enjoy it, i dont care if i am crap, i have fun. i am glad there's more people out there having fun as well. let the good times roll, and lets all prey i can get up on the board for 31m tomorrow

cheers..

Pete that is wonderfull gesture i hope you are not joking .
But if this is true ,Poor Relative you should realise that by receiving this new board you will be reducing the number of tricks you can preform .I don't think pete would appreciate seeing you throw a I DIDN'T LIKE THAT BOARD ANYWAY .with your new board .
I have ridden the ADDICTION 130 and really like it i found the pads and footstap made it easy to attempt tricks because you were not worried about doing unoffical board off which i find happens to me a lot .and the proportions are right i find that some boards can be to wide .(IMO)
I REALY THINK YOU NEED A NEW KITE .I HEAR NEW THE HELLFISH IS GOOD wink, wink ,nug, nug
And Puppet i have not forgotten about the wakeboarding offer .I honestly have not been out since i made it ,for a number of reasons one of which is that my wakeboard has had slight mod's done to turn it into a light wind kiteboard .I thought four extra fins would do the job .It now carves like it is on rails .but the bindings are another story i will just say i thought i was on to something but by the fact that they are sitting on my shelf in about 12 different parts i am now willing to admit that i was not and it would have been easier to buy some pads than destory a pair of bindings.
So don't think i have forgotten the offer .
Sunday is looking good for some Retro kiting i have a mint condition Naish AR3.5 7m which i love flying she go's like a rocket. should be fun.

Indications are that you are fun luvin, carefree & just cynical enough to slip into the 'melville kite loop' without a hitch .
As sarcasm, slander and revelationary innuendo of co-members personality disorders seems to be the measure of the day lately U would be more than welcome anytime.
