We went on a charter in November some where near the southern end of the islands. I'm not exactly sure where.

Nice islands about 1m high, so plenty of flat water behind them.

There are some good surf breaks out there, but I couldn't tell you where? Great fishing too!

North Island has conditions , I spent about 9 seasons over there working on crayfing boats . The N/W side of the island is the spot, bit like corronation but cross off , there is a beach 2 rig up on , as most of the Islands are rock. I windsurfed there as often as I could , never kited it might get there some day. Plenty of flat water at every group if thats your gig
